With a focus on systems thinking and long-term operational discipline, Stuart brings analytical rigor and deal execution expertise to SL2 Group.

Shraddha has led large manufacturing teams and specializes in continuous improvement and team culture. She has managed over 100 employees in high-output environments and has a strong track record of building systems that improve safety, morale, and performance. At SL2 Group, she leads with a people-first mindset and operational care.
